Light between Oceans: First trailer with Alicia Vikander and Michael Fassbender

Present the expected trailer for ‘The Light between Oceans’. An adaptation of the work of ML Stedman, whose script is based on Derek Cianfrance, who in turn signs directing titles like ‘Crossroads’ or ‘Blue Valentine’. For now has no date for its world premiere, but it could be for the second half of the year. The cast also includes Rachel Weisz.

Light between Oceans

One morning in April 1926, a boat runs aground on the rocky coast of a remote Australian island. Inside laid a dead man and a crying baby desperately. To meet out Tom Sherbourne, the lighthouse keeper and his young wife, Isabel.

They have been installed on the island to leave behind the horrors of the first world war, and the only thing that casts a shadow over their happiness is the inability to have children. Before the impression that causes them to be so fragile and helpless, Tom and Isabel decide to follow the dictates of their hearts and adopt the child without notifying the find to the authorities.

Alicia Vikander will arrive in theaters the next installment of the Bourne saga, now again starring Matt Damon and with the direction of Paul Greengrass. A saga in which precisely Rachel Weisz was present, for the previous film, co-starring Jeremy Renner.

Meanwhile Michael Fassbender also released in May the film ‘X MEN Apocalypse’, directed by Bryan Singer and sharing screen James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence or Sohpie Turner.
